Carly Grace Boggs, infant daughter of Gabe and Jessica Carper Boggs of Morgantown, died Aug. 2, 2012, in the Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown.
A graveside service will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday in the J. Herbert Smith, Sr. Cemetery, Vineyard Ridge.
John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, is in charge of arrangements.
