WILLIAMSTOWN - As part of his three-stop West Virginia Day tour, Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin will be at the Hino Motors Manufacturing USA plant in Williamstown today.
Tomblin is expected to announce a new investment and new jobs in West Virginia at Hino Motors Manufacturing.
"I'm waiting to see what is being unveiled," said Williamstown Mayor Jean Ford. "It's exciting to know things are growing and changing for the better in West Virginia."

Finished trucks sit outside the Williamstown Hino plant. West Virginia Governor Earl Ray Tomblin will make a major announcement at the plant this afternoon during his visit.
A spokesman for Hino said Tuesday the event, which begins at 2 p.m., is Tomblin's program.
"This is the governor's show," he said.
Tomblin has visited the local truck manufacturing facility in the past. Ford said she is proud he is coming to the plant again.
"It's wonderful that he's coming," she said. "It means we're doing something right."
For the event, Tomblin will be joined by Hino officials, including Sandy Ring, vice president and general counsel of Hino Motors Manufacturing USA; Steve Stalnaker, general manager of the Williamstown facility, Hino employees and local and state officials.
Earlier this month Tomblin and local officials spent 10 days in Japan meeting with companies that have invested in the state to discuss their current operations as well as potential expansion projects.
He also met with Japanese companies considering West Virginia as a location.
"Hino is growing and a manufacturing plant to be proud of," Ford said.
Tomblin also will participate today in the West Virginia Day activities in the Culture Center of the state Capitol Complex in Charleston at noon and the Coal Festival Memorial during the West Virginia Coal Festival opening ceremony at the Boone County Courthouse in Madison at 6 p.m.
