Mary L. "Lucy" Bailey, 86, of St. Marys, W.Va. and Belmont, W.Va., passed away June 10, 2012.
Services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. at the Ingram Funeral Home, St. Marys, W.Va. Friends may call from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday and from noon-1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
