PARKERSBURG - A Vienna woman turned herself in Tuesday after failing to appear in court on a felony grand jury indictment for driving on a revoked license for DUI.

Jessica Marie Ruble, 25, turned herself in at Wood County Magistrate Court Tuesday and was arrested by Parkersburg police, said Sgt. Greg Collins, spokesman for the Parkersburg Police Department.

Ruble failed to appear at a hearing to face a charge stemming from a traffic stop on April 6, where she was charged with driving on a revoked license third offense. The suspect had been convicted two times in 2010 for driving on a revoked license, said Collins.

Ruble could face a prison sentence of one to three years if convicted on the third-offense charge.
