Myrtle Jannie Creasey, 81, of Belpre, Ohio, died April 27, 2012, at Camden Clark Medical Center, St. Joseph's Campus.
She was born Nov. 28, 1930, in Gilmer County, W.Va., a daughter of the late Roy Austin and Letha Metz Collins.
She retired from St. Joseph's Hospital working in housekeeping.
She is survived by her sister, Sarah Marie Day; brother, William Roy Collins; half-sister, Carol Collins Vineyard; caregivers, Tammy Wiles, Debbie Cutlip and Brenda White; special grandchildren, Corey, Curtis and Colby Ruddlesden; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin "Bill" Creasey; daughter, Rogalinda McDonald; and stepmother, Lenora Queen Collins.
Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Leavitt Funeral Home, Belpre. Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
